Due to the closure of our offices and curriers over the bank holiday period, orders may be delayed and arrive later than expected.
If you ordered on Friday before 4:30pm, your parcel is with our currier DPD and tracking information will already be in your email inbox, if nothing is being displayed once you enter your tracking ID please wait until Tuesday.
If you have ordered after the Thursday4:30pm cut off time, your order will not have been processed and has not been packed and will be sent out on next day delivery to arrive on Wednesday.

Where is my order?
All orders are shipped through DPD Local with next day delivery or Saturday delivery with the option to specify an earlier time for an additional fee.
Tracking information is provided within an email sent after your order has been processed. The email may appear in your spam folder.

When do you ship orders? Which courier do you use?
We ship every day, Monday-Friday, all orders will be dispatched the same day of purchasing when ordered before 3:30pm.
Orders received on weekends will be shipped the following working day. We use DPD. All orders are sent using a fully tracked service and you will be sent a tracking number so you can track your goods all the way from dispatch to arrival.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and are based on destination country and the final weight of your entire order. Standard next day UK delivery costs from £7.99

How do I get free shipping?
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your basket total equals £200+.
Returns and Refunds
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please do NOT dispose of the product. If the product is disposed of Aesthetics365 will not be able to refund or replace the product. We ask for you to contact our office immediately in which we can advise the next step.
We are unable to accept returns, unless deemed faulty or damaged. Due to the nature of the products, once products have left our supply chain, we are unable to ensure that the products are of acceptable quality and have been stored as per manufacturer’s advice. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Once an order has left our warehouse, we are not responsible for any changes made by the customer to the courier service.
We cannot accept any returns that come back damaged or not in secure packaging.
