RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please fill in theform at the bottom of the page or email customer service at enquiries@aesthetics365.co.uk to obtain Authorisation from Aesthetics 365 LTD. After receiving a authorisation, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

In-Store Pickup
In-storepickup is available for Click and Collect. Pickups are available Monday - Friday: 9am - 5:30pm.Orders must be placed before 3:30 for click and collect.
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Free Shipping
We offer free Next Day Before 6:30pm shipping on Orders over £200.
